The paper formulated and solved an actual scientific tasks for development of access control information technology for retailers information systems with the use of management priorities of access to information resources through smart technologies. The paper developed and proved the complex access control criterion for performance of reliability and capacity, taking into account a combination of factors that change dynamically in enterprise information system. Also, the improved model of access control was created. This model is based on smart technology that addresses priority level of user authentication to a specified role of access. The method of priority access allocation to information resources was formulated. It is in the form of diadic game that generate the rational strategies for optimizing server resource support. The method of efficiency estimating for the information systems access control was developed. It made possible to justify the rational architecture of access control subsystem in the use of smart technologies.
