The thesis is devoted to improve the treatment of essential arterial hypertensive patients in combination with abdominal obesity depending on insertion-deletion polymorphism of the ACE (I/D) gene and Pro12Ala polymorphism of PPAR-?2 gene, changes the lipids metabolism, adypocytokines leptin and adiponectin level, carbohydrates and peripheral hemodynamics. The state and the influence of treatment on lipids profile, adypocytokines (leptin, adiponectin), leptin resistance, dynamics of peripheral hemodynamics data, functional activity of ?-cells of the pancreas (HOMA-F?), blood glucose levels and insulin resistance (HOMA-IR) in EAH patients depending on the obesity and essential arterial hypertensive severity, and allelic status of PPAR-?2 (rs1801282) and ACE (rs4646994) genes were established. Correlation analysis was performed and the risk-group patients were highlighted. The efficacy of treatment based on individual genotypes were done and practical recommendations were created.
