Naumenko I. Ensuring the Efficiency of Using the Material and Technical Base of Agriculture

The object of study - the current state and mechanisms to ensure effective use of the material and technical base of agriculture. The purpose of the study - the deepening of theoretical positions, development of scientific and methodical approaches and practical recommendations for the effective use of material and technical basis of agriculture and its prospects. Methods of research. We used a process and situational approaches, system-structural analysis, comparative analysis method, matrix method and coordinate integrated assessment, settlement and constructive method, statistical and economic analysis, the methods of peer review. Improved: conceptual bases of organizational and economic mechanisms to ensure effective use of material and technical basis in the context of intensive type of economic growth of agriculture; methodical positions to the justification of the needs of agriculture in the material and technical resources; methodological approaches to evaluating the effectiveness of the use of the material and technical base of agriculture, conceptual guidelines technological support agriculture. We have been further developed: the interpretation of the concept of "material-technical base of agriculture"; theoretical principles of logistics agriculture; components of the system to assess trends efficient use of material and technical base of agriculture; substantiation of directions of investment and innovation development of the material and technical base of agriculture. Results of the study accepted for implementation by the Department of Agricultural Development of Kharkiv Regional State Administration, the Office of Agricultural Development Bogodukhovskaya District State Administration of Kharkiv region, the Office of Agricultural Development of Pervomaysk District State Administration of Kharkiv region, are used in the educational process of the Kharkiv National Technical University of Agriculture named after Peter Vasilenko.
