Object: the formation of regulatory pricing policy in retail trade in current economic conditions. Purpose: : monitoring regulatory pricing policy in the retailing of creating a holistic methodical approach to optimize pricing for commodities for the fullest coordination of interests of producers, consumers and the state. Methods: logical and systematic generalization; induction and deduction; analysis; graphic; methods of comparative analysis and logical generalizations. It is offered: A new approach to determine the impact of regulatory policy on the functioning of organizational-economic mechanism of market pricing in the retail trade; improved: a theoretical framework (model) of regulatory policy, and the classification system of prices for goods and services in retail trade facet-hierarchical method, the essence of the concept of "market pricing mechanism," the main approaches to the formation paradigm of market pricing for commodity products in trade.
