Dissertation for scientific degree of candidate of technical sciences by specialty 05.12.02 - Telecommunication systems and networks. - Telecommunications state university, Ukraine, Kiev, 2015. This thesis developed a new method of modulation of the laser beam over the broadband multimedia signals 4G, which includes 4 algorithms. The mathematical models fragments of the topology for distribution network level I, II and III level level, the method of calculating the topologies of optical fiber distribution networks delivering synchronous signals multimedia services to all base stations along the motorway, a special device - a combiner baseband. A new mathematical model and calculation method of the signal modulating the laser beam with a relatively narrow band optical external modulator laser beam.
