Rymar I. Legal regulation of individual labour relations.

The thesis is one of the first special complex researches in domestic science of labour law of legal regulation of individual labour relations under the current legislation and the draft Labour Code of Ukraine. The formation and development of the theory of labour relations is researched in the thesis; the place of individual labour relations in the system of legal relations in the field of labour, their relationship with the collective labour relations being defined; the concept and types of individual labour relations were described; criteria for determining individual employment relationships were allocated and characterized; the content of individual employment relationships as a collection of individual employment rights and corresponding obligations was researched; the legal status of the subjects of individual labour relations was investigated. Scientifically based proposals for improvement of legal regulation of individual labour relations by the acts of current legislation, draft Labour Code of Ukraine were formulated.
