Essay

The dissertation deals with the complex research of the Ukrainian people's ownership of natural resources in the context of the environmental legal paradigm. The legal nature of the phenomenon, its basic characteristics, social value and main functions are explored in the dissertation. Ukrainian people's ownership of natural resources is considered as a special legal-public concept, which unites the potential for regulation of different branches of legislation (private law as well as public law) and is characterized by high social and legal value and orientation on satisfaction of public economic, social, ecological, cultural and other interests.
