Object: The object of the research is the process of using the instrument-making enterprises management technology in municipal economic system. The aim of the thesis is reasoning of theoretical and conceptual approaches to modernizing the enterprise management technologies in municipal economic system and development of scientific recommendations for their implementation. The subject of the research is the mechanism the enterprise management technologies modernization in municipal economic system. The author used the dialectical method of knowledge; systematic, comparative marketing analysis; expert, logical, abstract and logical, graphical, tabular, statistical, economic and mathematical methods. The theoretical significance lies in justifying the theoretical and conceptual principles of enterprise management technological modernization in municipal economic system in condition of evolving market economy, and developing scientific recommendations for their use. Scientific novelty is the proposal to research the processes of enterprise management and choosing technology from a position of consideration it as a part of the municipal enterprise economic system, which causes the formation of the features of its resource potential, tactical and strategic targets, mutually beneficial relationships with municipal economic system. The practical significance of the results lies in the ample opportunities of using the developed theoretical positions, methodological approaches and practical recommendations for modernization of enterprise management technologies in municipal economic system, which will contribute to coordination of interests, values and goals of enterprise entities and their interactions with local government in the context of the territory development.
