Kulinich M. Foreign Ukrainica: History of Resumption, Typology, Source and Information Value (1991 - 2014).

The thesis is devoted to a complex research of the processes of resumption of the archival collection of the Foreign Ukrainica and its public and institutional, legal and scientific ensuring. Illustrated the history and activity of special state agencies that coordinated the process of resumption to Ukraine the cultural heritage in general and including foreign Ukrainica - National Commission on the Restitution of Cultural Treasures to Ukraine (NC) and State Service for Control over Transferring of Cultural Treasure Across the State Border (SSC), as well as profile archive - The Central State Archives of Foreign Ucrainica (TSDAZU). Outlined the specificity of the typology and contents, place of modern localization, geography of the acquisition and quantitative indicators, source and information potential of the documentary complexes returned or transferred for permanent storage to Ukraine in 1991 - 2014.
