Essay

The thesis is devoted to the establishment of the relationship parameters of the systems development of deep pits, appropriate operational and technical characteristics of mine dump improved design to ensure complete extraction of the ore reserves. Established that the conditions of working deep horizons of quarry increase in production without increasing overburden ore with an increase of pit slope angles, it is possible with the width and length contraction highways. Since these values are normalized taking into account the safety and performance of works, primarily technical capabilities used road transport, the solution is satisfied by improving transport - a mechanism of design changes the center of mass and center distance for quarry -type heavy-duty dump trucks with electromechanical transmission. As a result of research and mathematical modeling established a number of relationships between operational and technical characteristics of the mine dump and systems design parameters of deep pits. Justified by a rational relationship between the parameters used by motor vehicles equipped mechanism for changing the center of gravity and axle distance, and the parameters such as systems development biases quarry roads, sizes sites for turning loop trails, length rational transportation and height of the rock mass, pit slope angles and reduction stripping volumes while optimizing workspace quarry.
