Essay

The Object is a high-quality road cement concrete with compensated shrinkage, containing a complex of organic mineral modificators; the aim is theoretical and experimental justification of receiving substances and technology of high-quality road cement concrete with compensated shrinkage, exploited in the conditions of the hot climate of the Republic of Iraq on the basis of establishing regularity of the influence of the complex of modificators; the methods are licensed means of measuring techniques and testing equipment, radiographic analysis, mathematical models, mathematics statistics; the novelty is in the fact that the theoretical and experimental justification of receiving high-quality road cement concrete with compensated shrinkage has been made, which are exploited in the conditions of a hot climate, at the expense of the use of organic mineral modificators, it contains an active mineral addition; a super plastificator with high water-reduction effect of the expanding component on the basis of calcium and magnesium oxide , received through burning dolomitized limestone; an addition which decreases the shrinkage of the concrete (SRA), on the basis of polypropylene glycol; the agent of the internal departure; on the basis of the radiological analysis it has been established that the complex organic mineral addition affects the kinetics of the formation and the composition of the products of hydration of the astringent stone; a new effect has been researched of the influence of the combined use of the expanding component on the basis of CaO and MgO, an addition, which reduces the shrinkage (SRA), and the agent of the internal departure, the areas of rational compositions of concrete mixtures have been defined with the content of the complex modificator and the amount of the water concrete ratio; the results are as follows - it has been offered to implement the expanding addition to the concrete as burnt dolomitized limestone, which, together with the super plastificator and the agent of internal influence, affects positively the decrease of the shrinkage of the road concrete in the conditions of a hot climate; the area of the use is in the road construction in the conditions of the hot climate of the Republic of Iraq.
