Vasilchuk O. The Justification of parameters of knife pipelayer of greenhouse farm

In the thesis solved an actual scientific - applied problems of improvements efficiency of laying pipes for subsoil heating of greenhouse farms, by justification of parameters of knife pipelayer with disc backfilling that provides heat conductivity characteristics of the soil at least as a natural area around pipe, subject to rational use of tractors. Based on theoretical researches of analytical relationship between geometric parameters of pipelayer, physical-mechanical characteristics of the soil and force parameters of pipe laying process was established. The method of engineering calculation of the working body of the knife pipelayer with disc backfilling was developed, a prototype of working body was made which is using in laboratory and field researches, and as a result was confirmed the reliability of the analytical relations.
