Khilienko O. The Mechanism of Public Administration of Development of Oil Refining Industry in Ukraine

The object of research is the governance refining industry process in Ukraine. The aim of the thesis is to develop theoretical, methodological and scientific-practical recommendations on governance refining industry improvement in Ukraine by expanding organizational tools and resources for economic governance. Methods - induction and deduction; structural-functional approach; statistical analysis method and abstract-logical method; comparison and systematization; analysis and synthesis; systematic and situational approaches; generalization. The practical significance of the results is to prove the theoretical, methodological and practical provisions to the thesis concrete proposals. Scientific novelty of the results is to deepen theoretical positions, methodological approaches and organizational and economic support of state management oil refining industry development improvement in Ukraine. Improved - polity structure refining industry scientific substantiation; oil refining national market governance mechanism; complex organizational and economic measures to ensure implementation of the refining industry polity; methodical approach to the target efficiency assessment of public administration refining industry. Received further development - the public administration functioning theoretical foundations; scientific justification prerequisites for oil refining industry state management development improvement in Ukraine; grouping governance tools refining industry.
