The thesis is devoted to the study of more complex conditions of the employment contract. The nature, significance and place of additional conditions of the employment contract in the process of development and employment were analyzed. The necessity of legislative regulation of features of additional conditions of the employment contract was grounded. The experience of foreign countries in the context of the law on additional terms of the employment contract was studied. The existing legislation on this subject wss analyzed and improved. The peculiarities of testing in hiring in a general rule and in individual cases were revealed. The proposals and recommendations to improve the current legislation of the tests in hiring were grounded.
