Essay

In the thesis a comprehensive analysis of the mythopoetic space in the Taras Fedyuk's lyrics of the Kiev period is presented for the first time: mythological motifs of his poetry in their interaction and evolution of mythopoetic systems created by the author are analyzed; patterns of modern myth which provide symbolic dimension of art are revealed. The author has developed a typology of paradigms of the mythopoetic space, which is characteristic for poetry. Concepts such as locus, place, location, area, which generate only mythopoetic space that supports mytho-onthologic matrix of reality, are analyzed as well; the difference between them is found out. From the standpoint of the author's approach direct relationship between the division of the mythopoetic space and two types of subjective doubling (code of duality) is investigated. Also it is found that mythopoetic space is expressed in the varied concept of way, loci subjective structure, limit and its forms embodied in personalized borders. Consequently, these specific features distinguish T. Fedyuk as a representative of modern poetry.
