Object of research - economic processes in the sphere of formation and implementa-tion of decisions on investment of resource-saving at the enterprise. The purpose of work is development of theoretical bases of scientific and methodical approaches and practical recommendations about formation of economic tools of investment ensuring resource-saving at the enterprise. Research methods: generalization, analysis and syn-thesis, system approach, analogy, mathematical modeling, technical and economic assessment, induction and deduction. Scientific novelty of work consists in develop-ment of theoretical bases and scientific and methodical approaches to investment en-suring resource-saving at the enterprise. Are improved: conceptual provisions of in-vestment ensuring resource-saving at the enterprise; sequence of actions for adoption of investment decisions concerning expediency of updating of fixed assets of the en-terprise; scientific and methodical approach to diagnostics of technical and economic indicators as a result of investment into resource-saving technologies.
