Essay

The dispersion nature of new physical phenomenon of amplification in several order of magnitude of defects' manifestation in statistical multiple scattering pattern has been determined in the thesis. Namely, it is shown that in the case of multiple scattering a new mechanism of influence distortions of crystals occur not only as it is in kinematical scattering pattern on amplitudes of scattered waves (amplitude mechanism) but on magnitudes of wave vectors also (dispersion mechanism that provide essential increasing of structural sensitivity). It is shown that the dispersion mechanism both increases up to five orders of magnitude sensitivity of diagnostic defects and also provides the emergence of structure-sensitive pattern of multiple scattering on various conditions diffraction, interconnected with each other and with dependence on the characteristics of defects. This effect increases the information content, in particular provides possibility of multiparameter diagnostics that is in principle absent in kinematics case and essentially changes results of classification of defects by Krivoglaz and causes them depending on the conditions and methods of diffraction. In that way the fundamentals of the dispersion (highly sensitive and informative) diagnostics of imperfections in the crystal structure of multiparameter systems has been created.
