Miagkota O. Synthesis and properties of polymeric surfactants with a-aralkyiperoxide-containing moieties and polyelectrolyte complexes based on them

The thesis is devoted to the synthesis of new oligomeric surfactants of nonionic and polyelectrolyte nature using redox system of initiation of radical polymerization in the presence of peroxide-containing chain transfer agent. The main regularities of polymerization in organic and aqueous media, the effect of polymerisation conditions on selectivity, yield, structural, and molecular weight characteristics of functional oligoperoxides were studied, as well as colloidal properties of the surfactant oligomers and influence of synthetic blocks on their rheological properties. The possibilities of linking and immobilization of nucleic acids and anticancer drugs by different mechanisms with polymer carriers and formation water delivery systems were proposed.
