The dissertation is a comprehensive monographic study peculiarities of the investigation of crimes committed in the sovereign-governmental procurement. In particular, it is based on an analysis of scientific papers and synthesis of materials of criminal proceedings is presented classification of crimes committed in this area. Classification implement the county-based concept of the criminal enrichment technologies, which are allocated according to the basic offense and subordinates.
