Essay

In the thesis the theoretical generalization and new solution received important scientific task to study theoretical-methodological and applied the provisions of formulation and implementation of strategies to improve the economic efficiency of viticulture-wine-making enterprises. Conceptual basis for the creation of Regional Wine cluster that is presented interrelated blocks - target, preparatory, analytical, methodological, technological and evaluative, each of which consists of respective successive stages, ensuring rationality, efficiency and effectiveness of Wine companies a part of the cluster. The essence of the category "efficiency of agricultural production" by formalizing the close link high economic efficiency in agriculture to the achievement of social and environmental effects of enterprises. The methodical approach to assessing the cost-effectiveness of implementation strategies for innovation and investment projects on energy saving and energy efficiency of production viticulture, wineries based on regular use business planning tools and methodological foundations of domestic wine. Developed a system of indicators to measure the efficiency of enterprises, viticulture wine industry depending on the size and specialization of undertakings that facilitates thorough analysis and development strategies for their development. Grounded principles of systematization of factors increasing the efficiency and competitiveness of the producers of grapes and wine production and areas of state regulation and state financial support businesses-viticulture wine industry.
