Essay

The thesis is devoted for solving of scientific and practical task which deals with establishment of the clinical characteristics of stable angina in combination with subclinical hypothyroidism, which is characterized by greater frequency and duration of anginal syndrome in compare with patients with preserved thyroid function. Simultaneously, these patients had significantly more pronounced violation in cardiovascular hemodynamics, autonomic regulation of heart rate variability, which are directly proportionally related to metabolic disorders in cardiomyocytes and hepatocytes due to pronounced changes in the lipid spectrum, activation of general immune-inflammatory response, lipid peroxidation and decreasement of antioxidant protection. It’s confirmed that the additional prescribtion of potassium iodide, low-dosage replacive therapy of L-thyroxine and L-carnitine to standard therapy of stable angina significantly improves the clinical status of patients and restores metabolic disorders in the myocardium and liver in patients with subclinical hypothyroidism and chronic stable angina, normalizes cardiohemodynamics, autonomic regulation, atherogenic blood lipid spectrum, general immune-inflammatory response, lipid peroxidation and increases the antioxidant protection of the body.
