Essay

The thesis solved the task of ore preparation efficiency in mining enterprises by developing structure, algorithm and adaptive control system of ore crushing process based on hybrid block-oriented structure combined with a Laguerre linear model, which allows for the formation and stabilization of high performance particle size distribution of crushed product conditions of uncontrollable external disturbances caused, in particular, fluctuations in particle size distribution and physical and mechanical properties of the rock mass and noise in data channels that allow the introduction of the production increase profits from the operation of existing equipment due to lower ore preparation product costs.To ensure high quality characteristics closed system dynamics and reduce the computational load on the control unit was proposed the method of model predictive control that based on finding the inverse function of static input-output nonlinearities block-oriented models and approximations control horizon by linear model.
