Essay

The object of the study - the processes of the magnetic and charge ordering in the disordered magnetic alloys. Objective of the study is the investigation of basic features of the interaction of electromagnetic fields with semimagnetic semiconductors HgSe:Fe and HgCdCrSe. Results: new experimental data of spectroscopic studies have been obtained, which are explained with the assistance of well-known physical models. The area is radiophysics and physics of semiconductors.
