The thesis shows theoretical generalization and new solution of scientific tasks Immunology and Allergology regarding clinical and diagnostic antibody dependent immunological mechanisms in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus. The role protabzymiv to H1 and MBP in the development of SLE and its complications with side vascular and nervous systems. Growth antibodies sialidaznyh abzymiv, defined as a decrease in the activity of SLE marker. Shown relationship with apoptosis of lymphocytes dsDNA autoantibodies growth of disease activity. Expanded scientific knowledge on the various autoantibodies (ANA, dsDNA, Sm, RNP, SS-A, SS-B, H1, MBP, SiA) and their relationship with clinical manifestations activity SLEDAI BILAG indices and indicators of congenital (AF NBT-test, helmet, S3, S4-2) and acquired (CD3 +, CD4 +, CD8 +, CD 22+, CD25 +, CD71 +, CD95 +, CD HLA DR +) immunity. For the first time defined clinical and laboratory subtypes immunopathological antibody syndrome, antiphospholipid, kriohlobulinemichnoho, hiperimunokompleksnoho of hypocomplementemia and specified their relationship with SLE activity index SLEDAI and BILAG. 6. immunological developed mathematical forecasting severe course of SLE in 12 (11.4%) patients based on correlation of anti-dsDNA decrease CASCO and absolute numbers of CD22 + - lymphocytes and increase in the absolute number of CD8 + - lymphocytes.
