Bilotil O. Mechanisms of public administration in the tourist industry of Ukrainian Black Sea region

Object of study: public administration in the tourism industry. Purpose: substantiation of the theoretical foundations and development of practical recommendations for the development and implementation of mechanisms of public administration in the tourism industry on the example of the Black Sea region of Ukraine. Methods: analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, generalization and comparison, system approach, structural approach, structural-logical and descriptive analysis, retrospective analysis, expert evaluations and economic-mathematical modelling. Results: the theoretical basis is substantiated and practical recommendations concerning formation and implementation of the mechanisms of public administration in the tourism industry of the regions of Ukraine are developed. Novelty: a fundamentally new approach to the improving of the mechanism of public administration in the tourism industry is proposed; methodical approach to the formation of the comprehensive state policy of Ukraine in the sphere of tourism and resorts is improved; further development of the conceptual apparatus of science "Public administration" by clarifying the essence of the category "mechanism of public administration in the tourism industry", "strategic priorities of state planning", "strategy of public administration in the tourism industry", etc is offered. The results are implemented in the activities of the Department of culture and tourism of Kharkiv regional public administration, General Directorate of the State service of Ukraine on emergency situations in the Nikolaev area. Areas of use: public authorities and local self-government.
