The thesis develops a conceptual framework of training, retraining and advanced training of public servants for electronic government, which takes into account different categories of public servants, forms and methods of training, the introduction of e-government trends in Ukraine and the world, the use of public-private and public-civil mechanisms. The model of training, retraining and advanced training of public servants for electronic government was developed, a definition of "system of training, retraining and advanced training of public servants for e-government" was given.
