The object of the research concerns to the process of adaptive planning innovative activity machine building enterprises. The research refers to the development of theoretical, methodological and applied the principles of adaptive planning innovative activity machine building enterprises. Author used methods: analysis, system approach, process approach, grouping method, tabular method, graphical method, morphological analysis. The theoretical value of the dissertation is referred to the provisions of theoretical justification of the formation mechanism of adaptive planning innovative activity machine building enterprises. Scientific novelty of the results: for the first time there are formulated conceptual bases of adaptive planning innovative activity machine building enterprises, there is improved mechanism of adaptive planning of innovative activity of the machine building enterprises, factor model of functioning of the mechanism of adaptive planning innovative activity, method of evaluating the effectiveness of adaptation of industrial enterprises innovative activity, developed concepts and terminology diversification in adaptive planning innovation activity, fundamental provisions of systematic and targeted evaluation of factors that activate the adaptive mechanisms of planning innovative activity machine building enterprises. The subject of the research is theoretically- methodological and applied principles of adaptive planning system for effective management of machine building enterprises. The recommendations of author apply to the mechanism of the adaptive planning of innovative activity of the machine building enterprises.
