Bonetskyy O. Economic trust as a factor of machine building enterprise effective activity

The object of the research concerns to the formation of economic trust in the process of machine building enterprise. The research refers to development of theoretical and applied provisions relating to economic trust, improved methods of calculating the economic foundations of trust and consideration of economic trust in the financial and economic activity of the enterprise. Author used methods: dialectical method, comparison, generalization, abstraction and synthesis, analysis and classification, deduction, measurement, induction. The theoretical value of the dissertation is referred to theoretical and applied provisions relating to economic trust, methods of calculating the level of economic trust and the measures of the level of economic trust. Scientific novelty of the results: for the first time there is identified the economic trust among other types of trust, there is improved methods for assessing the level of economic trust in the formation of a set of indicators, the method of certification training company, developed characteristics of the interrelationships of economic trust with other types of trust, the position of regard of the threshold of economic trust and the level of its actual needs for bonuses, recommendations taking into account the of economic trust in the financial and economic activity of the enterprise. The subject of the research is obtaining of economic results of the machine building enterprise in conditions of economic trust or no confidence. The recommendations of author apply to the calculation of economic trust and his consideration of the financial and economic activity of machine building enterprises. The scopes of author's recommendations using refer to machine building enterprises.
