3. The process of economic evaluation of innovations at enterprises is the research object. The development of theoretical and applied theses of innovation evaluation of machine-building enterprises is the research goal. The research methods are as following: comparison, systematization and generalization, economic and statistical, analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, rating assessment, structural and logical, graphic methods. The combined innovations' risk evaluation method has been firstly developed. The model of evaluation of state and prospects of innovative potential development of machine-building enterprises; the method of innovations' risks regulations based on the choice of measures of limiting risks according to the level of the proposed innovative integrated risk factor; the method of commercial prospects of innovations evaluation have been improved. The interpretation of concepts in the sphere of economic assessment of innovations; the model of formation and economic evaluation of innovative strategy have been developed. The research results have been embedded at machine-building enterprises and in academic process. The machine-building enterprises are the sphere of author's proposals usage.
