The paper studies the characteristics of the restoration of permanent teeth in 160 children 12 and 15 years living in geochemically pollution (heavy metals) area. Established regional differences in the prevalence and intensity of caries process in biochemical indices of oral liquid. The scheme of preventive measures, including sorbent, vitamins and local deep fluoridation in combination with adhesive systems V and VII generations. In the experimental group, which used the health care complex in both age categories, received the high efficiency of the proposed scheme. Branch - medicine.
