In 140 patients with generalized periodontitis (GP) and 15 clinically healthy persons there have been investigated clinical and radiological perculiarities of GP, impact of singlet-oxygen therapy on microflora of periodontal pockets in the patients with GP, there have been studied the inflammation indicators and state of immunity of patients with GP, there have been calculated an algorithm of local and general use of singlet-oxygen therapy, also have been found its positive impact on the investigated indicators. There have been studied effectiveness of singlet-oxygen therapy and remote results. The results have been implemented into practical dentistry. Branch - medicine.
