Essay

The dissertation covers aspects of improving the efficiency of filling defects of hard tissues of permanent molars with complete roots in children by differentiated access to choosing the method of treatment according to physical-chemical parameters of oral fluid. High clinical efficiency of using indirect ceramic restorations (inlays) (77,8±4,9 %) in children with uncongenial physical-chemical parameters of oral fluid was proved in comparison with direct composite restorations (45,6±3,9 %, p<0,05) and composite inlays (66,7±4,5 %) by criteria of USPHS.
