The research establishes the key communicative and pragmatic components of modern German business discourse, reveals the functional and pragmatic potential impact of verbal and non-verbal means in its communicative organization, elaborates the specificity of speech interaction on the basis of status and situational roles of communicants, identifies and outlines the communicative strategies and priority tactics of modern German business discourse.
