Essay

The thesis has been found that administration of platifillinum and prozerinum affect tinctorial properties of epithelial acines of the greater salivary glands, indicating about the qualitative change in the protein and carbohydrates ratio as part of their granules. The increase in functional activity of ductal epithelial cells and enhancement of fluid transport occur in stimulation. The effect of platifillinum and prozerinum onto the exchange and capacitive sections of haemomicrocirculatory stream greater salivary glands’ portions. Reactive changes occured in the blood vessels of haemomicrocirculatory stream are manifested by the increase in metric indices with the prevalence of values in administration of prozerinum. It has been found, that stimulation with platifillinum led to the increase in number of macrophages and mastocytes, appearance of lymphocytes and plasma cells in the periductal connective tissue of submandibular gland only. Stimulation with prozerinum caused the increase in number of plasma cells and macrophages in periacinar interstitium of rat parotid and sublingual glands, as well as mastocytes at the stage of degranulation in periductal stroma, appearance of lymphocytes in the epithelium of parotid gland ducts
