Zavydniak I. Administrative - legal status of charities in Ukraine

Dissertation is devoted to the study of complex administrative and legal status of charitable organizations; investigated the origin and development of philanthropy in Ukraine; analyzed intra-organizational activities of charities and set its value to administrative and legal status; The concept, features and functions of charities, as Administrative Law of Ukraine; The common characteristics of administrative legal charitable organizations; defined grounds and procedure for the establishment of charitable organizations. The analysis of the legislation of Ukraine concerning the activities of charitable organizations and law in Eastern, Western Europe and the United States. On the basis of summarizing the views of scientists and existing legislation competitor outlined ways to improve regulation and the creation of charitable organizations.
