Object - process development of transport and logistics infrastructure of railway transport of Ukraine. Goal - improvement of theoretical provisions and development of practical recommendations for the development of transport and logistics infrastructure of railway transport of Ukraine as a basis for the development of transport and logistics companies and Ukrzaliznytsia's transit potential. Methods - of grouping; morphological analysis; financial, economic and statistical analysis; logical and dialectical, logical and abstract graphic-analytical methods. Novelty- improved: an approach to the development of transport and logistics infrastructure of railway transport enterprises based on the use of marketing and logistics approach; financial mechanism for projects of transport and logistics infrastructure of railway transport enterprises; organizational approach to the development of transport and logistics infrastructure of railway transport enterprises; further developed theoretical principles of transport and logistics infrastructure of railway transport enterprises; organizational and economic model of transport and logistics infrastructure of railway transport enterprises; systematization of factors of transport and logistics infrastructure of railway transport enterprises. The results - improved theoretical principles, practical recommendations to ensure the development of transport and logistics infrastructure of railway transport enterprises Ukraine.
