Essay

A motion model of technological mass between the drum and concave was presented. Also the functions to the concave gap of the angle ? and the torque of friction were established. The motion law of grains mass' portion was developed. The dynamic and mathematical model of threshing drums motion was developed. In this model generalized coordinates were accepted angle coordinates of the shaft internal combustion engine, shaft coupling and the threshing drum. The mathematical model was solved for two steps of work threshing drum. The graphics of change in rate of the shaft internal combustion engine, the shaft coupling and the threshing drum were presented. The influence of the inertia' moment of the muff and threshing drum on the value of the maximum elastic moment was determined. The analysis effect of the threshing drum imbalance for oscillations of left and right supports was conducted. Recommendations on improving the design of threshing drum are suggested. Its are protected by two patents of Ukraine for inventions and utility models.
