Topuzov M. Organizational and economic tool of the higher education informatization

The thesis presents the essence of the organizational and economic tool of the higher school informatization; the strategic goals of the implementation of the organizational and economic tool of informatization were determined. The analysis of the state of information technologies implementation in the learning process of modern universities was conducted; the problems and the effectiveness of the national informatization of higher education and the problem of financial support for this process were determined. The priority directions of higher education informatization in Ukraine were defined; the goals and tools of economic policy that will create the proper system of higher education were proposed.
