The dissertation dedicated to optimization of the treatment and prevention of environmentally determined thyroid gland's in children. It was investigated the functional state of the pituitary-thyroid system and the content of intracellular zinc in children living in ecologically unfavorable areas and both iodine deficiency and suggests improving existing standard treatment regimens ecologically dependent pathology.
