Essay

The thesis is devoted to development of ways of synthesis of new compounds based on functionalized 1(2)-amino-9,10-anthracenediones, and study of their chemical properties, biological activity and the search for effective biological active substances among the synthesized substances. The method of N-acylation by the system strong carboxylic acid and ammonium thiocyanate was suggested. The new heterocyclic systems based on N-benzoyl-N'-thioureas of 9,10-anthracenediones and 2-carbonylisothiocyanate-9,10-anthracenedione were synthesized. Features of thiocyanation of chloroacetamides were investigated. The compounds with antimicrobial, antioxidant and tyrosine protein kinases activities were identified.
