The thesis deals with analysis of procedural, organizational and tactical features of investigation of robberies committed by juveniles, in the modern context. A comprehensive analysis of the main elements of forensic characterization of this type of crimes has been conducted, their forensic-relevant features have been defined. The initial phase of investigation of violations category under review has been considered. The typical investigative situations that may arise in the course of investigation of the specified crimes and relevant investigative tendencies have been defined.
