Dyniak S. Development of the cycle-line technology of crushed stone production on granite quarries

The thesis is devoted to development of cycle-line technology of crushed stone production on granite quarries with using crushing and loading equipment in the zone of intensive mining based on the steeply inclined conveyor. In the work the correlation dependences between quantity of outsized and parameters of hole charges location which provide fractional composition of the rock mass that correspond to the technological capabilities of highly productive primary crushers are established. The dependence between productivity of gyratory crusher and the geometry of a piece of the rock mass is established. The dependences between the indicators of stress-deformed state of steeply inclined conveyor belt and load of the belt to maintain stable productivity of equipment are established.
