Оbject - defeat of the oral mucosa caused by rheumatoid arthritis; goal -increasing the effectiveness of prophylaxis and treatment in patients with diseases of oral mucosa associated with rheumatic arthritis by means of therapeutic prophylactic measures worked out on the basis of study the topical homeostatic shifts, disturbances in humoral immunity and local hemodynamics as well as reasonable correction of the changes found;methods - clinical stomatological, laboratory, fuctional, experimental on animals statistical; novelty - has been studed the structure of MMOC connected with rheumatoid arthritis; recieved the futher developing of salivation's characteristics research; level of hygienic state and acid-alkaline balance in the oral cavity of such patients; established role of local immunity in the development of these diseases; for the first time has been used dopplerographic research method that determined criteria for evaluating micro hemodynamics of tongue's arteries in healthy individuals and established local changes of the vascular system in a. profunda linguae at glossitis; on an experimental model of rheumatoid arthritis has been proved the effectiveness of the proposed complex therapeutic and preventive measures; results - developed method of complex treatment and prevention of MMOC' s diseases connected with rheumatoid arthritis; implemented - in the treatment and educational process; branch - dentistry.
