Trofimovska Y. Legal Nature of Financial Liability of the Employer to the Employee

The dissertation is devoted to the investigation of the legal nature of financial liability of the employer. The essence of the "financial liability" category and its place among basic kinds of legal liability are investigated. It is determined that the problem of legal nature of financial liability of the parties to a labour contract is closely connected with the problem of financial liability belonging to a definite field of law. It is substantiated that financial liability of the parties to a labour contract should be determined as an independent kind of legal liability. The author's definition of the notions "employer", "financial liability of the employer" is formulated.
