Medvedskyi O. The process of intensification and improvement the means of milking cows at farm production

The thesis is devoted to improving technology and energy efficiency of mobile milking machine by providing operational stability characteristics of the vacuum system. On base of analysis the means of machine milking of cows as the most appropriate for personal peasant and small farmers, dedicated portable milking machines. It has been obtained the theoretical dependences of the dynamics of change of pressure in vacuum system elements that define sustainable value the volume of vacuum tank and milk collector volume because of stable operational characteristics of mobile milking machines. It was improved the method for determination the conductivity of structural elements of vacuum-lined network, allowing them to establish their design parameters with minimal pressure losses. It was grounded the rational structural and functional scheme of mobile milking machines with higher 6.7-7.6 % of efficiency of the vacuum system, keep to the specified process conditions (level and stability of vacuum pressure).
