Essay

The dissertation is devoted to finding the regularities in behavior of multicomponent reactions involving 5-amino-3-methylisoxazole, aldehydes and 1,3-dicarbonyl compounds. Effects of structure of the starting compounds, of the activation reaction method, of the catalyst system and of the other reaction parameters on such heterocyclizations passing were found. Preparative convenient methods for selective synthesis of the new fused heterocyclic systems containing isoxazole ring were developed.
