Essay

The thesis is devoted to development of theoretical, methodological and practical bases restructuring of the food industry in market conditions. Profound conceptual-categorical apparatus of economic theory on restructuring potential: formed own vision of the essence of "assessment of potential of enterprise restructuring," grounded and systematized components of the restructuring capacity, creating opportunities for its effective development and use of appropriate management tools. Methodological approaches to assessing the restructuring potential of the company developed with using quantitative indicators. Integral method for optimum formation for components of potential restructuring of the dairy industry was developed and proposed of calculations its components.
