It is proved that the studied problem of the universalization of the political process, the objective can be realized by using modern concepts. Investigated the interdependence of domestic and external factors of universalization. We consider the nature of the impact unversally processes on the development of the state. Clarified the impact of the universalization of the political consciousness of the individual. Formulated universalistic and the impact of globalization processes on contemporary trends of development of the Ukrainian state.
