The dissertation is devoted to the research of essence and features of legal regulation of Prosecutor's Office of Ukraine employees remuneration of labor, and in particular its structure. The right to remuneration of labor as a social and economical human right is examined, as well as the social standards in the remuneration of labor sphere. The Prosecutor's Office of Ukraine employees are characterized as special subjects of labor law. A complex examination of national and foreign practice of legal regulation of Prosecutor's Office of Ukraine employees remuneration of labor is provided. The concept and essence of Prosecutor's Office of Ukraine employees' remuneration of labor is researched.
