Chernopiatov S. Protective labor legal relationships

The dissertation is devoted to ascertaining essence and features of protective labor legal relationships, their varieties, features of structure and dynamics. The paper deals with the solution of other certain theoretical, methodological and practical issues of protective labor legal relationships as well. The research is built upon the following methodological principles: dichotomic division of rules of law and legal relationships into regulative and protective ones; referring to the protective legal relationships of only such legal relationships which directly (through their content) carry out the realization of legal coercion measures; consistent differentiation of material protective relationships and accompanying procedural relationships.
